The possibility of losing 9 pounds of fat every 12 moths(without lifting a finger) only if there could be a way of activating the brown fat that is in all of our body's.

Gone are the days when it was only considered to be a baby's miracle system to keep warm. The pharmaceutical race has officially begun, who will be the first to make it more active?
You know what? Truth is the human body has two types of fat one that stores energy and one that burns it into heat.

The later type of fat has long ago been discovered in infants and different types of animals, until recently there has been barely any research done on the subject, and most scientists and researchers believed that it disappeared before humans attained adulthood, leaving most of us with only white fat cells, which are a direct link to weight gain and obesity.

Also known under the term brown adipose tissue this less explored fat is different from it's cousin because while white stores energy, brown fat's role is to burns it. It does this with the help of organelles named mitochondria, there are also enzymes that complete the process of energy release from food calories directly into heat.

Research on brown fat:

The has been a lot of medical progress done on the subject quite recently and The New England Journal of Medicine the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston have both confirmed in research studies that it's a crucial part of the grown human body, helping the metabolism. An interesting aspect that came out during research is that thinner people have apparently more of it than older and heavier individuals.

The above scan is a superb preview of what we are talking about, created by scientists from Sapporo, Japan.

The Scan A represents the adult individual with brown adipose fat deposits and Scan B without. As you can seen most of the deposits seems to have the role of warming the central nervous system.

Milk Diet

What is the milk diet?

milk diet

While being one of the perfect nutrients one can find, milk has it's down sides and benefits alike. One of them is that not everyone's body processes it in the same manner and certain cultures just can't. It is one of the ways you can cure an acid disease, due to it's lack of carbohydrates, and it's impressive amount of proteins and organic salts.

The way it works is that you have to try mixing it with different variety's of fruits and vegetables such as banana's and carrot juice. It is recommended to eat fruits with lower levels of vitamin c and thus acidity, such as grapefruits even if it is one of the best nutrients known to help lose weight naturally, they tend to turn the milk. So keep them in between meals and you should be in the safe zone.

First Meal (Breakfast):
A combination of your milk diet and some non acid fruits or vegetables.
Snack:
Fruits of the season (try biological ones from your community) and same for the vegetables. You can even try making smoothies out of the vegetable they are very healthy and go down in a split second.
Second Meal(Lunch):
A mix of milk and veggies and fruits.
Second Snack

Repeat your snack of the morning but with vegetables if you had fruits and with fruits if you had vegetables.
Third Meal (Supper):
Try eating and drinking enough milk not to be hungry for the night. If you are have a fruit or a veggie cocktail before bed.
So the idea of this diet is moderation and a mix of locally grown greens, raw or cooked with fruits and and a steady consumption of milk to complete this healthy and natural milk regime.

milk diet history
History of the Milk Diet

This weight loss technique was at first given life by Bernarr Macfadden in the period of the 1920's. The medical properties that were attributed to it were an amelioration in digestive health and to be able to cure deceases while the possibility of weight loss was completely ignored.

How much milk do you need to drink? According to the original diet from the twenties, about five quarts a day if you're a woman and six for a man.

What type of milk was used in the diet? Unpasteurized, and also cow milk from certain cows was considered better than others due to it's thickness and consistency. Who knows how they determined that...

This Diet in the Present Day

Nowadays this type of diet is considered absurd because of it's complete lack of nutritional diversity and because of the high amount of calories milk would be adding to your diet. So in the end you might in fact gain weight depending on the amount you consume and what type of physical activity you  combine with the milk diet.

Losing weight should become a priority for most Americans.

This is my world
